Dalma and I started to immerse ourselves in the world of weddings more than 10 years ago. Thanks to our friendship, we knew each other’s strengths and weaknesses and we knew that together we could do and achieve anything, because we both act immediately, whatever happens and we know each other without words. Over the years we have strived to organize unique weddings and events. Thanks to this, in just a few years we managed to find the ideal vendors to work with and build partnerships that have led to couples from all over the world asking us to organize beautiful weddings and make their big day unforgettable.

Dalma’s life has changed a bit recently and now I do most of the planning. I keep in touch with both the couples and the vendors and Dalma helps out – mostly with the execution – when both of our strengths, experience and work are needed to make the wedding a success.

Maybe that’s why I feel I have to give and offer so much more to the couples who ask me to plan their wedding. I am constantly striving to evolve and innovate, and I try to discover as many new venues, vendors and services as possible, in order to make every wedding unique. I want to give every couple a memory they will always look back on with happiness.

I think it’s important that we get to know each other before we do anything, because sympathy and trust are what we will need most in the weeks and months ahead. I want to get to know your dreams and ideas and create a truly special wedding for you, just as I have done for others over the years!

Nowadays I only take on 10-12 weddings a year. This is the amount I feel I can still take full responsibility for. I don’t want to produce template weddings, because I don’t want you to feel like you’re only one of many. I want you to receive a quality service, which requires total attention, flexibility, care and enthusiasm. I want to be enthusiastic not only at the beginning of the season but also at the end, so I can give you what I too would expect from the person in whose hands I place this important day in my life.

In the past few years we’ve gained a lot of experience in international weddings. We’ve had couples from America, Peru, Venezuela, England, Germany and many other countries, who have come to us and entrusted us with their wedding. They envisioned their big day in different locations, so we had to organize weddings not only in Budapest, but also in other parts of the country.

As the founder of Smile Rock Circus, my band and I have been touring since 1991, which means that I have been attending events for 27 years now. We've done about 2000 concerts, and I estimate that we've entertained about half a million people at all sorts of social events. Among these, we have attended more than 500 weddings and taken part in everything from the construction of the event to its dismantling. This year, however, I was preparing for my own wedding and I thought that with such a huge experience and network of contacts behind me, I could manage the planning on my own and it would be a piece of cake. [...] Our wedding was one of the most beautiful days of our lives, but in hindsight, I realized that it would have been better to leave the planning to a professional who would take the burden of coordination off our shoulders with coolness and professionalism, and let us get 100% into the swing of things on the big day.
